How to compress DVD-9 to DVD-5 on Mac OS X?

This tutorial will show you how to shrink DVD-9 to DVD-5 on Mac with Mac DVD Copy to backup your DVD movie.

Step 1. Launch Mac DVD Cloner and Insert DVD

Step 2. Choose 4.7 GB as below shown

Step 3. On the interface of Tune4mac DVD Copy, you will see there are two options for you to choose, Main Movie Copy and Full Disc Copy, you can choose any of them according to your requirement

For Main Movie Copy: if you choose this option, what you get is the movie only without any menu, features or any other content unrelated to movie;

For Full Disc Copy: if you choose this option, what you get is a copy of your original DVD movie.

Step 3. Just a moment, you will see a prompt window to allow you insert a blank disc to burn DVD;

Then a minutes later, you will get a copy of original DVD with 4.7 GB.
